We collect your feedback in the upload score section to help promote or address your playing experience. Your feedback may be made public to help inform other users of your experience.
When you register to play in a league, your payment information is processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. Stripe will collect, use and process your information, including payment information, in accordance with their privacy policies.

How We Use Your Information
By signing up, you implicitly consent that your Personal Data can be viewed by other Flexi Tennis Leagues members to facilitate scheduled matches.
Automatic emails are put in place to help with the facilitation of matches by alerting the parties involved of important updates. When you register to play in a league, you will receive an automatic email outlining your registration or receipt if you have made a purchase. Furthermore, you will receive email notification for new messages and pending scores that are waiting for you.
To keep you updated with the latest news and events, your email will automatically be placed in our marketing campaign when you sign up. If you do not want to be subscribed in our marketing campaign, you can opt out by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link located at the footer of those marketing emails.

Flexi Tennis Leagues places security measures such as firewalls, data encryption, physical access controls to our data centre, and taking continuous backups of all data to ensure your Personal Data is protected.
